ivibet Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ivibet ("ivibet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting platform accessible at https://ivibet.buzz (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager through ivibet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

This Agreement applies to all services offered by ivibet, including but not limited to: sports betting, live dealer casino, slot games, instant games, virtual sports, and any other wagering products made available through the Platform from time to time.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on ivibet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or agent of ivibet or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close relative of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ivibet or any recognised gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have had a previous ivibet Account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ivibet reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Registration. Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the ivibet Platform. Registering multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and promptly update your Account details if any information changes. ivibet is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ivibet will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.4 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ivibet support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ivibet reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

4.5 Account Currency. All ivibet Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, with any applicable conversion fees borne by the Player.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods. ivibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. Current approved methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The list of approved methods is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. A minimum deposit of RM50 applies to all Accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and Account tier. Full limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 5–30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): up to 1 business day.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT): 10–60 minutes subject to network confirmation.

5.4 KYC Requirement. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals until satisfactory documentation has been submitted and approved.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Consistency. As a general anti-money laundering principle, withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally feasible. ivibet reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal to a different method is requested.

5.6 Currency. All transactions are processed in MYR. ivibet does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Fees associated with third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible Players as determined by ivibet at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, and per device.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution table for each promotion is available in the Promotions section of the Platform.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from the Account Balance.

6.5 Abuse & Misuse. ivibet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on opposite outcomes, low-risk arbitrage strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms.

6.6 Modification. ivibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. ivibet reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any wager at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This applies equally to sports bets, live casino wagers, and slot game play.

7.2 Finality of Results. Results determined by the relevant game software or official sporting outcome are final and binding. ivibet's decision on the settlement of any wager, including the outcome of any dispute, is final.

7.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical failure, network error, or manifest error in the odds or game outcome, ivibet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Account. ivibet is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7.4 Odds. All sports betting odds on ivibet are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.

7.5 In-Play Betting. ivibet offers in-play (live) betting on selected events. Accepted in-play bets are binding regardless of any subsequent change in circumstances, except where a system error as described in clause 7.3 has occurred.

7.6 Sports Coverage. ivibet provides betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and a wide range of other domestic and international sporting competitions. Market availability is subject to change and ivibet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ivibet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ivibet staff or other Players.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the ivibet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and game content — is the exclusive property of ivibet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. ivibet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without ivibet's prior written consent. You must not remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark, or proprietary notice from any Platform content.

ivibet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms part of the binding contract between you and ivibet.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of customer support services.

ivibet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors and identity verification providers — solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations.

ivibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling on ivibet is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

11.1 Player Tools. ivibet provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications about the duration of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or indefinite exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours.

11.2 Underage Gambling. ivibet strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

12.1 Service Availability. ivibet makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ivibet shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

12.3 Cap on Liability. Where ivibet is found liable to you under any cause of action, ivibet's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

12.4 Third-Party Services. ivibet is not responsible for the performance, availability, or acts of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.

12.5 Force Majeure. ivibet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

ivibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at https://ivibet.buzz/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ivibet is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Please contact ivibet support in the first instance.

14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. ivibet's decision on the settlement of any wager is final and not subject to appeal through this process.

14.4 Language. This Agreement is executed in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
